Opens up the backs of your legs and keeps you moving, walking, running and standing with ease

Stretches the spine and gently re-aligns the vertebra in a natural, easy way.

Opens up and strengthens the chest muscles and helps reduce pain and pressure in the shoulders and upper back. Also helps in practicing the much advanced poses

Brings awareness to breath and hence helps in relaxation....equivalent to doing an inversion

Strengthens arms and gets awesome muscular engagement throughout your whole arm, which in turn will help build strength and stamina in all the muscles.

So next time practice this asana mindfully!
