The joy and satisfaction obtained from practising YOGA is indeed marvellous. I have been practicing YOGA since a couple of months at RAAHAT YOGA ZONE its magic has made me feel what I.m today. Initially I started YOGA as a relief for my back pain and other ailments but gradually YOGA made me realise that its not just the body which needs relief but also our mind and our soul. Without any injury or harm without any rigorous and harsh workout I lost 4 KILOS in just 1 month with the help of YOGA at RAAHAT YOGA ZONE. It was very suprising for me as well. I followed just a very simple healthy diet which was given to me by my trainer

Before I joined Raahat Yoga,I had difficulty in walking long distances and my feet used to end up swelling. Moreover I had BP issues as well.
I joined Raahat yoga studio and within 2 to 2.5 months I could see a considerable amount of change in my body .
Mentally I started feeling more confident and physically strong.
I recently went on a pilgrimage with my family which required walking long distances and suprsisingly I could walk without any pain or discomfort with a normal rate of BP.
My family was shocked and delighted to see a positive change in my health. 
I feel so satisfied and contended and my belief in Yoga has increased manifold times.

Raahat Yoga gives raahat to its yogis. Besides weight loss and inch loss at Raahat, I simply love the open air atmosphere, the events that we do regularly as detox plans, laughter yoga, partner yoga, etc inspires us.

At Raahat yoga we all are birds of the same tree, chirping songs of health and mental peace. My trainer has always been cooperative with me and has guided me to the right path, counselled me well and perfect. I have been a great admirer of my trainer and she has been my great motivator and inspirational soul.
